Patrick Fitzgerald Fundamentally Failed

Patrick Fitzgerald Failed to make his caseAccording to John Dean “fundamentally failed to make their case.”  I learned a new word today also, reading his analysis — inchoate meaning partial, or incomplete.  In this case, the fact that Rod didn’t complete his selling of the Senate seat, or actually receive the funds he allegedly tried to extort.

He also says that the government over charged Rod, and threw too much evidence at the jury.  I agree.  Your head starts to spin when you try to read everything.

Steve Chapman is convinced that Rod will take a plea on the rest of the charges based on his announcing he will do no such thing, coupled with his inability to tell the truth, and also wanting to reduce the sentence for his single conviction.
